“Wood has always had a special place in my heart. Since childhood, I have always felt a deep connection for all things wooden. From the worn handles of my grandfathers tools to the smooth soft top of my parents coffee table. From toys I’ve owned and sticks I’ve carved to grandma’s rolling pins. As I grew up watching others work with wood, I always knew it was what I was meant to do.”
Chris is originally from Cleveland, Ohio and moved to the Northwest in 2000. He has a degree in Fine Arts from the University of Cincinnati. He is well versed in all aspects of woodworking from design to assembly and finishing. He has been cutting wood with computers since 1993. Recently he upgraded all software for the CNC routers and is now “Carving” wood with computers and not just cutting it. He still loves design and is currently doing more custom mirror designs and carved sign work and wall art.
